Program
The programm includes 9 sessions (from Monday Morning to Thursday morning) with invited talks and oral presentations. A poster session is scheduled for Monday afternoon in conjunction with the Industry Exhibition.
Invited talks
- The allocated time for an invited talk is 40 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.
Oral presentations
- The allocated time for an oral presentation is 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for discussion.
Poster
- A poster should be self-explanatory; it should concisely communicate results and include a clearly understandable conclusion. Please avoid extensive blocks of text.
- One panel is available for display of each poster. To fit within the poster frame, posters must not exceed A0 size (84 cm width by 118 cm height).
- Please place your paper number (P-x-x) at the top right corner of your poster.
- Material to attach the poster to the panels will be provided.
Language
- The workshop language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided
Information for Presenters
- A WINDOWS-based computer including a projection device will be supplied . All oral presentations should be loaded on the designated preview computer before the session starts and checked for compliance. The use of individual notebooks for the presentations is not recommended in order to avoid technical time-outs.
- An overhead projector can be supplied upon request.
