Registration

NOTE: If you have transfered the conference fee and did not obtained the confirmation email of the receipt of your conference fee, please bring a copy of the remittance statement to the registration desk.

All workshop attendees are asked to register well in advance to the workshop. Preregistrants may pick up their materials at the advance registration desk.

The conference fee can only be paid using Bank Transfer (SWIFT) or in cash at the conference office. Credit cards or cheques cannot be accepted at any time. The early registration discount is valid as long as the registration is performed before the early registration deadline. The Fee should be remitted at your earliest convenience.
The alternative payment in cash at the conference registration desk should be used only in the case when SWIFT is not available, please contact the conference office via email in that case.

Onsite registration is available during the workshop. Please note that onsite only cash payment is accepted (no checks, no cards).
